SKILLS: Ethical Sales (Preferably Ayurvedic), OTC sales Skills, Market awareness, Distributor handling, Strong interpersonal and communication skills and Organizational skills, Hard working with solution oriented approach, Confidence and positive attitude.

  • Delivering Primary, Secondary Targets with effective control on outstanding with distributors.
  • Effective relationship with doctors and pharmacies for business generation.
  • Territory business potential optimization with new town openings, distributor appointments, retail coverage and doctor activations.
  • Effective understanding of data management and commercial aspects of business.
  • Computer Savvy with good hand at excel, MS office and internet.
  • Competition observation/monitoring by gathering regular marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, schemes, drives, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Customer centric approach in resolving customer complaints by investigating; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
  • An ardent Team Player.
  • Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
